Services

Initial Intake Session

Session length: 75 minutes | Virtual

Required for all first-time clients. In our first session, we’ll take time to map out what’s bringing you to therapy and begin getting to know the different parts of you that have helped you navigate life so far. We may explore your early experiences, family relationships, and important connections—past and present—to understand how these parts developed and what they’re trying to protect. Together, we’ll clarify what you hope for from therapy, identify your core values, and begin shaping a path forward that feels aligned and supportive. We’ll also talk about simple practices you can begin using between sessions to build awareness, self-compassion, and connection with yourself.

Individual Psychotherapy Session

Session length: 55 minutes | Virtual

You can expect a collaborative, compassionate space where we explore both your inner experience and what’s happening in your life. Together, we’ll build awareness of the different parts of you that show up under stress, while strengthening your capacity to stay present and grounded. Sessions may include mindfulness practices, values-based exploration and experiential exercises, all designed to help you relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions and move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned.

Couples Counseling

Session length: 50 or 75 minutes

Couples counseling offers a safe space to explore both your individual inner worlds and the patterns that show up between you. Together, we’ll work to understand the protective parts each partner brings into the relationship—especially during moments of conflict, distance, or misattunement. Sessions may include mindfulness practices, values-based reflection, and experiential exercises to support repair after ruptures, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional and physical intimacy. Our work focuses on helping you relate to one another with greater clarity, empathy, and flexibility, so your relationship can feel more secure, connected, and aligned.
